Service Line Warranty Program

The City of Tulsa is partnering with Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA), which offers a voluntary Service Line Warranty Program to Tulsa homeowners.

Through this program, homeowners may voluntary sign up for a warranty protection against normal wear and tear on their water and sewer service lines, which is not covered under most traditional homeowner policies. The warranty protection repairs the portion of the water or sewer line that runs between the exterior of the home to the public utility connection. This program does not include City-owned lines, but service lines that are the responsibility of the homeowner.

If lines break, leak or clog - homeowners can call SLWA directly and local, licensed contractors who are familiar with City codes will repair the line, typically within 24-hours.
