To date, the Tulsa Health Department (THD) has confirmed 59,612 positive COVID-19 cases in Tulsa County. 53,657 residents have recovered and 518 have died. As mentioned in the latest COVID-19 briefing, hospitals are seeing a slight decrease in numbers, though the numbers are still extremely high and hospitals continue to see record-high COVID-19 hospitalizations.
As the vaccine is distributed across Tulsa County, it’s important for all residents to stay vigilant. Residents should continue to abide by the three W’s: Wear a mask, watch your distance and wash your hands.

Under the Oklahoma Priority Framework, all health care workers, first responders, and Oklahomans age 65 and over are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
Appointments are required to receive the vaccine at the Tulsa Health Department vaccine clinic. Anyone who is currently eligible to receive the vaccine must register at vaccinate.oklahoma.gov to receive email notifications regarding vaccine appointment availability.
