During the next several months, the Tulsa Authority for Economic Opportunity (TAEO), City of Tulsa and Wallace Roberts & Todd (WRT) will host a series of conversations and events to give Tulsans the chance to engage with the City and its partners as part of the master plan process for the Kirkpatrick Heights/Greenwood Master Plan.
The conceptual master plan will provide strategies for incremental development on 56 acres of City-owned land in the Greenwood and Kirkpatrick Heights areas of North Tulsa – a plan that is expected to result in a mix of uses, reflecting the planning and economic context of the area and will serve as a model for equitable and inclusive development.
