Sewer Project to Begin May 31 on South Harvard Avenue

A sanitary sewer rehabilitation and replacement project is scheduled to begin Tuesday, May 31, on South Harvard Avenue between East 27^th Street and East 30^th Place. During this work, traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction. The project is scheduled to take approximately two weeks.
