A concrete panel replacement project on East 31st Street between South Lewis Avenue and South Yale Avenue has begun this week. The contractor is working from west to east, beginning at Lewis Avenue.
Intermittent lane closures during this project will occur one at a time, each about two blocks long.
The City of Tulsa has contracted with Crossland Heavy Contractors for this $898,000 project funded by the 2014 Third Penny Sales Tax (Improve Our Tulsa). Completion of the project is scheduled for late May 2019.
