Work to Begin November 7 on New Sidewalk Near City Hall

Work to construct an additional sidewalk along S. Cincinnati Ave. between 1^st and 2^nd Streets will begin Monday, Nov. 7.  

During this time, Cincinnati will be narrowed to one driving lane. Work is expected to last about two weeks.  

The new sidewalk, which will take the place of existing 30-minute parking spaces along Cincinnati parallel to City Hall, will provide residents with the ability to safely gather outside Tulsa City Hall while ensuring the safety of tenants and visitors as they enter and exit the building entrance at 2^nd and Cincinnati.  

Thirty-minute parking for quick visits to City Hall for things like bill pay will be moved to the east side of Cincinnati next to The Brook Restaurant & Bar and the Tulsa Performing Arts Center prior to construction and remain in place after the project is complete.
